Refund and Cancellation Policy
Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased
with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons
are genuine and proved after investigation.
In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel
their orders and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund
will be as follows:
Refund Policy
We may provide a refund to our clients within 7 days if products/package:
- are not used at all.
- don’t match our description or features.
- have defects that were not obvious, or we did not bring to your attention.
You may also be asked to demonstrate that the problem with the products/package was not your
fault.
Please choose your package carefully as you are not entitled to a refund if you simply change
your mind. Keep your receipt/invoice as proof of purchase.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided
at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway, refund will be made to the
same account.
Cancellation Policy
- Any order requested for cancellation will be cancelled within 24 hrs after verification of all valid reasons only.
- Amount will be refunded within 7 days from the date of cancellation.
